- New Microsoft 365 users can be auto-provisioned into the backup list as soon as they are created.

- Backup data is encrypted with an individual AES 256-bit key.
- Backups are immutable and cannot be deleted or altered by external parties. Deletion of backup data is only possible via administrative accounts within 365 Total Backup.

- You can restore Microsoft 365 mailboxes, In-Place Archive mailboxes, Teams Chats, OneNote, Planner, OneDrive, and SharePoint data.

- Granular recovery is supported: you can search and restore individual files, emails, or items using the advanced search function.
